Privacy.
What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. It is short because the site does very little.
The short version
This website collects nothing about you unless you fill in the appointment form. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no tracking script and no newsletter list. Nobody is profiled, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Medical records from treatment at the clinic are a separate matter, held under the clinic's own records policy. This page is about the website.
The appointment form
When you request an appointment we ask for your name, a phone number, and the kind of care you need. An email address, a preferred date and a short note are optional and you can leave all three blank. Nothing else is recorded: not your IP address, not what browser you used, not anything that would let us recognise you again.
We use it for one thing: to ring you back and arrange the visit. It is never used for marketing, never sold, and never shared.
The request is stored in the clinic's own database and read by the two doctors, each signing in with their own passcode. Nobody else has access to it.
It is deleted automatically 90 days after it arrives, and the doctors delete it sooner once they have finished with it. Ask us at any point and yours goes immediately.
If you send the request over WhatsApp instead, the message goes to the clinic's WhatsApp account and is held there on the same terms as any other chat.
Your consent
The form asks you to tick a box before it will send, and that tick is what allows us to keep any of it. We do not treat visiting the site, or reading this page, as consent to anything.
You can withdraw it whenever you like, by telephone or a message, and we will delete the request. Withdrawing does not affect an appointment already arranged; it means we stop holding the enquiry.
The map
The map on the clinic and contact pages is a frame served by Google. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, exactly as it would if you had opened Google Maps yourself. That is Google's processing, under Google's policy, and we have no access to it.
The frame is loaded lazily, so it costs nothing until you scroll to it. Everything you need to find us, the address, the hours and a plain link, is printed on the page beside it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Choosing the dark theme stores one value in your browser's local storage so the choice survives a reload. It never leaves your device and identifies nobody. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The only cookies that can appear are Google's, from the map frame described above.
Logs
Our host keeps short-lived request logs, IP address, page requested, time, as every web server does, to keep the site up and to absorb abuse. They are not linked to anything you submit and are not used to build a picture of you.
Who else sees it
Nobody, beyond the services that make the site work: the company that hosts the site and the database, and Google, for the map frame. No advertiser, no data broker, no analytics company. Your appointment request is not sent to any of them; it is stored and read by the clinic.
We would disclose something only if the law required it.
Children
We treat children as patients and are glad to. The form must be filled in by a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect anything through this website from a child without one. If you believe a child has used it, tell us and we will delete what was sent.
Your say
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted, and we will do it. There is no form to fill in for this and no waiting period we will hide behind, telephone or a message is enough.
